Beaches Semi-Detached

Complete overhaul of a semi-detached home in Toronto’s Upper Beaches area, originally built in the 1970s. The outdated layout, unsuitable for the growing family’s needs, underwent a comprehensive transformation. Upgraded insulation and waterproofing were implemented, alongside a redesigned floor plan that accommodates additional bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was moved from a small front corner of the house to the middle, to allow for a larger more functional kitchen for daily use and entertaining purposes, and full room-length stairs were created to connect the living room that was once inconvenient to access.

A modern bedroom with a bedside table, a hanging pendant light, a bed with white bedding, and a textured headboard with dark green wall above.
